The Los Angeles Kings have announced there 2008-09 captain and the winner is former first round pick Dustin Brown. Brown, 23, is coming off a career year where he led the Kings in goals 33 and hits. He has become the youngest captain in Kings history and is poised to lead a young Kings team. Alternate captains were given to third year player and leading scorer Anze Kopitar, and first-year King Matt Greene, who was aquired from Edmonton in a summer deal for Lubomir Vishnovsky.
